Citizens of the United States of America may apply for an ETV (Electronic Travel Visa).
Visa Exemptions:

Children under 16 years old are exempted from consular fees (gratis). We will refund the consular fee for applicants under 16 after the order has been placed. (Note: this exemption does not apply to the East Africa tourist visa)

Persons whose passport is endorsed with a valid Kenyan work permit or re-entry pass

Holders of Laissez-Passer issued by UN, IMF and World Bank while traveling to Kenya on official business
Multiple entry visa: visa is issued upon approval from Kenya Immigration Office. However, the current processing time us unknown.

To apply for an ETV visa you will be asked to complete an online ETV visa application, which will be made available to you as you place your order. After the order is placed we will electronically submit your application on your behalf. The visa application will be reviewed and pending approval will be issued electronically. We will send you a confirmation of the visa via email.

IMPORTANT: Your passport must have more than 6 months validity remaining after your travel date in order to apply for a visa. It must also contain at least one blank visa page for entry & exit stamps.
Please scan a clear and legible color copy of the information pages of your passport: Passport Scan Example. This must be uploaded, or emailed to us, during the application process. Please do not take a picture of your passport info page- it must be scanned instead.
If your passport has been amended (name changed, validity extended—found in the back pages of your passport) you will also need to scan and upload along with your passport information pages.
A passport photo will need to be uploaded, or emailed to us, as a part of the application process. You may either:
(1) Scan a recent 2x2 passport photograph that meets Passport Photo Style Regulations. Please don't take a picture of your passport photo—the passport photo must be scanned; OR
(2) Take a digital photo using a camera. You must attach the original file size (100KB or larger)- thumbnail size is not accepted. Please make sure the picture is taken against a light/white background—Sample Photo Click Here
Identification of the person signing the invitation letter is required: staff ID, Kenya ID or passport bio-data page of inviter.
These documents will need to be scanned and uploaded during the application process. If you prefer you may also email it to us and we will upload it on your behalf once your order is placed.
Please submit a PDF or a scanned copy of your inviter's business/registration license.
